This thick, frosty keto chocolate shake blends rich cocoa with creamy coconut milk and almond butter for a milkshake-style treat that keeps net carbs in check. It comes together in one blender in about five minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 cup full-fat coconut milk (canned, unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon almond butter (no sugar added)
- 3 tablespoons powdered erythritol (or monk fruit sweetener, to taste)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon MCT oil (optional, for extra richness)
- 1 pinch fine sea salt
- 1.5 cups ice cubes
